Introduction
Groups enforce the permissions that apply to a computer as well as limiting the computers that the user will see. The group that the user is a member of contains the only computers that the user will see, however, they will also see the clients that are associated with those computers.

If the user has Super Admin permission or Group Manager permission, then they will see all computers.
Note: This does not apply to web reporting.
Computer Permissions
- Command Prompt - Shows or hides the Command prompt tab on the computer.
- Sniff Network - Allows the tech to run the sniffer on this computer.
- Install Tools - Allows the tech to push tools and tweaks.
- Access History - Lets the tech have access to the computer history.
- View Commands - Lets the tech see other techs commands on the computer screen.
- Edit Monitors - Techs can edit monitors on this computer.
- Delete Monitors - Techs can delete monitors from this computer.
- Schedule Scripts - Scripts are allowed to be run or scheduled.
- Edit Configuration - Edits the template information for this computer.
- Edit Information - Edits the addition information and comments for this computer.
- Send Commands - Allows the Tech to issues commands, required for all other commands.
- Allow VNC - Allows the Tech to VNC to the computer.
- Allow Redirector - Lets the Tech run the other redirectors.
- File Explorer - The Tech can open the file Explorer.
- Registry Editor - Allows Registry Editing.
- Clear Alert - The Tech can clear alerts for this computer.
- Delete Scheduled Scripts - Allows deletion of other users scripts.
